Senior Principal Foundry Engineer

Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced process integration leader with deep expertise in HV/BCD technologies to drive technology transfer, process qualification, new fab enablement, and manufacturing ramp-up activities across external foundry partners.

Requirements

• 10+ years of semiconductor process integration experience

• Deep expertise in HV/BCD device technology and front-end process integration

• Proven experience in HV/BCD process development, technology transfer, or production ramp-up

• Strong understanding of process interactions, device performance, yield enhancement, and manufacturing optimization

• Experience working closely with foundries on process qualification and production release

• Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional development or manufacturing programs

• Fluent in English and Mandarin
