Job Title: HR & Admin Manager (SEA)
Location: Singapore
Overview
We are seeking an experienced HR & Admin Manager (SEA) to lead and manage human resources and administrative functions across Southeast Asia from Singapore. This role will partner closely with regional leadership and local teams to support end-to-end HR operations, ensure strong compliance with employment requirements, and maintain efficient administration and workplace operations.
The ideal candidate is hands-on, process-driven, and confident operating in a multi-country environment with varied stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Regional HR Leadership (SEA)
- Own and drive HR operations for assigned SEA countries/teams, ensuring consistent execution of HR processes and policies.
- Support workforce planning, recruitment coordination, onboarding, and performance cycle administration.
- Employee Lifecycle Management
- Oversee end-to-end employee lifecycle activities including contracts, HR documentation, employee records, and compliance requirements.
- Support employee relations matters and advise line managers on HR policies and appropriate actions.
- Recruitment & Staffing Support
- Coordinate recruitment activities with hiring managers and agencies (where applicable).
- Support interview coordination, offer processes, and onboarding schedules.
- Compensation, Benefits & Payroll Coordination
- Support regional compensation and benefits administration activities.
- Coordinate with payroll vendors/partners to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing (as applicable).
- HR Compliance & Governance
- Ensure compliance with local employment laws and statutory requirements across the SEA region (in collaboration with local HR/partners when needed).
- Maintain required HR records, documentation, and audit readiness.
- HR Operations & Process Improvement
- Improve HR workflows to increase efficiency and consistency across countries.
- Maintain HR systems/data quality, ensuring accurate reporting and documentation.
- Regional Administration & Workplace Management
- Manage day-to-day administrative operations including office management, vendor management, and facilities coordination.
- Oversee administrative budgeting, procurement coordination, and office expense controls (as applicable).
- Stakeholder & Management Reporting
- Provide HR/administration insights and regular reporting to regional leadership.
- Maintain clear communication and strong service mindset for internal stakeholders.
- Ad-hoc Projects
- Support HR projects and regional initiatives such as policy roll-outs, organisational changes, and operational improvements.
Qualifications

Experience: Typically 8+ years of HR and administrative experience, including regional or multi-country HR exposure (SEA experience strongly preferred).

HR Expertise: Strong experience in HR operations, employee relations, recruitment coordination, HR documentation, and HR compliance.

Local Knowledge: Practical understanding of employment practices and statutory requirements in Singapore and one or more SEA countries is preferred.

Admin / Operations: Proven ability to manage office administration, vendor coordination, and workplace operations with attention to detail.

Communication: Excellent communication skills in English; additional local language(s) are an advantage.

Systems & Tools: Proficiency with MS Office; experience with HRIS and/or HR ticketing/workflow tools is preferred.
