Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for key customers, both remotely and onsite, to win and maintain accounts.

  • Assist in the design-in process by solving acoustic and electrical issues, answering product-related questions, reviewing hardware, and performing hands-on debugging.

  • Support customers in audio system design, music playback, and voice tuning.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering; Master’s or PhD preferred. Minimum 3 years of experience in the semiconductor industry.

  • Strong experience in analyzing and evaluating audio products using hardware tools such as Audio Precision analyzers and oscilloscopes.

  • Commercial PC project experience in:

    • Smart Amplifier, Speaker Protection, and music playback tuning

    • HDA CODEC

  • Hands-on experience with loudspeaker characterization and digital audio signal processing (e.g., Equalization, Filtering, Noise and Echo Cancellation).

  • Familiarity with board-level design and debug of analog circuitry for audio signal processing. Mixed-signal hardware and audio-related backgrounds are strongly preferred.

  • Capable of conducting schematic and layout reviews using commercial CAD tools.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Mandarin and English.

  • Understanding of audio signal processing algorithms and techniques is a plus.
