Project Manager – Renewable Energy

We are looking for a Project Manager to lead the development and execution of renewable energy projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end project management, including EPC and subcontractor oversight.
• Manage multidisciplinary teams across engineering, construction, and commissioning.
• Oversee permitting, interconnection agreements, and stakeholder relationships.
• Coordinate with financing teams, lenders’ technical advisors, and key partners.
• Control budgets, schedules, risks, and performance, reporting progress to senior management.
• Lead construction and operational phases, ensuring safety, quality, and compliance standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field; PM certification valued.
• 10+ years’ experience in renewable energy or energy infrastructure projects.
• Strong background in EPC project delivery, budgeting, and construction management.
• Knowledge of PPAs, interconnection processes, and renewable technologies (solar, storage, grid integration).
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Experience in international or multicultural environments is a plus.
