We are looking for a Brand Director to join a leading global FMCG company in Marid. You will be responsible for defining and executing the long‑term brand strategy, driving growth, equity, and innovation across markets. As a senior leader, you will inspire cross‑functional teams, manage high‑impact initiatives, and play a central role in shaping the brand vision in a fast‑paced, international environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of the global brand strategy, ensuring alignment with company objectives and long‑term growth priorities.
- Oversee brand positioning, communication platforms, and portfolio strategy across markets and channels.
- Manage the end‑to‑end innovation pipeline, from opportunity identification to launch execution, ensuring strong commercial impact.
- Drive the annual brand plan, including portfolio priorities, consumer initiatives, media strategy, and performance targets.
- Analyze brand performance, consumer insights, market trends, and competitive activity to provide strategies for continuous growth.
- Partner closely with Regional and Local Marketing teams to ensure consistency while enabling market‑specific activation.
- Collaborate with Sales, Trade Marketing, R&D, Finance, and Supply Chain to deliver seamless product launches and brand campaigns.
- Manage external agencies (creative, media, research) to ensure high‑quality creative output and strong ROI.
- Oversee brand budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing marketing effectiveness.
- Act as a key ambassador of the brand internally and externally, fostering a culture of creativity, consumer‑centricity, and excellence.
Profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in Brand Management or Marketing within FMCG or a multinational environment, including senior leadership responsibilities.
- Proven track record developing brand strategies and leading regional or global brand portfolios.
- Strong understanding of consumer insights, innovation processes, media strategy, and brand equity management.
- Excellent strategic thinking combined with strong executional capability.
- Fluent in English; inspirational leader with strong communication, influencing, and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
- Creative, results‑driven, and able to navigate complexity in a fast‑moving, high‑pressure environment.
