Key Responsibilities
Compliance Advisory & Business Support
  • Provide guidance on day-to-day compliance inquiries related to company policies, procedures, and applicable industry codes
  • Support the oversight and execution of country compliance objectives in alignment with global and APAC compliance strategies
  • Partner with business teams to ensure operational processes comply with company policies while improving efficiency
Compliance Program Implementation
  • Assist in the local implementation of corporate compliance programs and initiatives
  • Support International Healthcare Compliance procedures, including rollout, training, and ongoing implementation
  • Participate in compliance process optimization projects, including system interfacing and development of compliance tools such as checklists and process maps
Training & Compliance Culture
  • Translate global compliance training materials into local language where required
  • Facilitate and support face-to-face or virtual compliance trainings, workshops, and case studies
  • Maintain accurate training records and support cascading of key compliance messages across the organization
Policies, Procedures & Guidance
  • Translate and localize global compliance policies, procedures, and guidance documents
  • Update local policies to reflect regulatory and industry code requirements
  • Support timely communication and training on newly issued or updated policies
Monitoring, Audits & Due Diligence
  • Execute due diligence activities through the Compliance Desktop system
  • Support corporate audits as the local point of contact, including coordination of data collection and audit responses
  • Assist with self-assessment and monitoring activities (e.g. HCP sponsorships, samples, fee-for-service payments)
  • Analyze findings from data reviews or spend analysis and support follow-up actions
Governance & Stakeholder Coordination
  • Coordinate local compliance forums, including preparation of materials, meeting minutes, attendance tracking, and follow-up actions
  • Support the Country General Manager, together with the Head of Legal & Compliance, in executing the annual compliance engagement plan and related documentation
Support for Business Innovation
  • Support innovative and emerging business initiatives such as Patient Programs, Customer Centricity initiatives, and Social Media programs
  • Assist business RAEs to ensure new programs and initiatives are properly submitted to applicable Review Boards
  • Support third-party anti-corruption and anti-bribery due diligence processes, particularly for high-risk or critical activities
 Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or above
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience of the pharma or healthcare industry and understanding of business objectives
  • Prior experience in compliance, legal, paralegal, internal control, risk management, or audit functions
  • Strong communication, engagement, and documentation skills
  • High standard of ethics, integrity, and professionalism
  • Native-level Mandarin Chinese and fluent English (written and spoken)
