Compliance & Risk Associate F/M - AIFM

We are collaborating with a Luxembourg-based AIFM to recruit a Compliance & Risk Officer, offering the opportunity to join a growing and dynamic organisation.

Responsabilities :
Under the supervision of the Compliance Officer and the Risk Manager, the Associate will provide operational, analytical and administrative support across compliance, risk management and governance activities.

Compliance

• Support the maintenance and updating of compliance policies, procedures and documentation
• Assist with compliance monitoring activities and day-to-day compliance processes
• Help prepare data and materials for internal and regulatory reporting
• Maintain compliance records, trackers and incident logs
• Contribute to ad hoc compliance initiatives at company or group level

Risk Management

• Support the implementation and ongoing operation of the risk management framework
• Assist with risk data collection, monitoring and documentation
• Provide support to pre-deal and ongoing risk processes through coordination and data gathering
• Contribute to the preparation of risk reporting for internal, board and regulatory purposes
• Maintain risk registers, risk maps and related documentation

Governance

• Assist with the coordination and maintenance of governance and regulatory documentation

Profile :

• University degree in Finance, Law or a related field
• Around 3 years of experience in compliance and/or risk management, ideally within an AIFM or alternative investment environment
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Proactive, detail-oriented and able to manage priorities and deadlines
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
• Fluent in English; French is a strong asset
• Knowledge of AIFMD and Luxembourg regulatory framework is an advantage
