We're currently looking for a Customer & Operations Support Specialist to join a fast-paced operational environment where every day brings new challenges.

This role sits at the heart of the operation, acting as the link between different teams and stakeholders to ensure things run smoothly and customers receive the support they need when issues arise.

What you'll do

• Coordinate operational information between different internal and external teams.
• Support and resolve customer-related issues quickly and effectively.
• Monitor daily operations and identify potential disruptions or delays.
• Escalate incidents and work with the relevant teams to find solutions.
• Manage access to operational systems and provide user support when needed.
• Prepare operational reports and communicate key updates to stakeholders.
• Train and support new users on systems and processes.

• Spanish: Professional level
• English: Professional level
• Catalan: Professional level
• Additional languages such as French or Italian are a plus
