Executive VP Road Transportation

Multinational energy company is seeking an Executive Vice President, Road Transportation, to serve as the global strategic and commercial leader for the company’s Road Transportation segment. The role is responsible for defining the segment strategy, driving commercial excellence across all regions, shaping the product and pricing architecture, and ensuring coordinated execution between Regional Managing Directors and local Road Transport teams.

Required profile:

• Seasoned professional with more than 12 years of experience in road transportation fuels, energy, logistics, commercial transport, fleet-related services, or other B2B businesses with a similar customer base.
• Strong track record in commercial leadership roles at regional or global scale.
• Proven experience in pricing, key account management, and scaling commercial teams.
• Comfortable operating in a matrix: able to influence without formal authority.
• Skilled at building cross-functional alignment and leading through collaboration.
• Strong external presence and ability to represent the company with major fleets, OEMs, partners, and industry bodies.
• Strategic thinker with a bias for action, analytical rigor, and high commercial acumen.
