FP & A Director

A growth-stage B2B software company with international operations and a broad base of enterprise clients worldwide is looking for an FP&A Director to lead the end-to-end planning and performance management cycle, reporting directly to the Head of Finance.

About the role

Senior, high-visibility position with full ownership of:

• The annual planning process (budget methodology, cross-functional coordination, and executive presentation)
• The multi-year financial model, including scenario analysis for strategic decisions (expansion, investment, M&A)
• The monthly/quarterly reforecast cycle
• Senior business partnering with Commercial, Product, and People leadership
• Recurring-revenue metrics (ARR, NRR, CAC, LTV, margins) and how they connect to business decisions
• Executive and board-level reporting
• Modernization of planning tools and processes (evolving from spreadsheet-based workflows toward more scalable platforms)
• Management and development of an FP&A team of analysts and managers

What we're looking for

• 10–16 years of Finance experience, with a meaningful track record leading FP&A
• Experience in software, technology, or subscription/recurring-revenue businesses
• Demonstrated ownership of a full planning cycle (budget, forecast, long-range)
• Experience as a senior finance partner to leadership and business functions
• Strong financial modeling capability
• Experience leading or contributing to a systems or planning-platform implementation
• People management experience
• Comfortable in multi-entity, multi-currency, multi-country environments
• Fluent English; degree in Finance/Economics, MBA, or professional certification a plus
