Key Responsibilities

• Fragrance Development:
  Lead the formulation and development of new fragrances, ensuring alignment with market trends, customer preferences, and brand direction.

• Creative Collaboration:
  Work closely with marketing, supply chain, and R&D teams to conceptualize and refine fragrance creations, translating ideas into market-ready products.

• Market Research:
  Conduct thorough market analysis to identify emerging trends and consumer insights, utilizing this information to inspire innovative fragrance designs.

• Quality Assurance:
  Ensure all fragrance formulations meet stringent quality standards and regulatory requirements, conducting necessary testing and evaluations.

• Project Management:
  Oversee multiple fragrance development projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget while maintaining high-quality standards.

• Client Interaction:
  Engage with clients to understand their fragrance needs and preferences, providing tailored solutions and presentations.

• Continuous Improvement:
  Identify opportunities for process improvements within the fragrance development workflow, implementing best practices to enhance efficiency and creativity.

Qualifications

• Education:
  Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, or a related field; relevant certifications in fragrance creation or perfumery are highly desirable.

• Experience:
  5+ years of experience in fragrance development or formulation, preferably within the cosmetic or personal care industry.

• Technical Knowledge:
  Strong understanding of fragrance composition, raw materials, and industry standards, with the ability to apply this knowledge creatively.

• Communication Skills:
  Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Thai, with the ability to articulate concepts clearly to diverse audiences.

• Creative Thinker:
  Proven ability to think creatively and develop innovative fragrance solutions that resonate with consumers.
