Our client, a fast-growing and innovative B2B SaaS company operating in the digital and technology space, is looking to strengthen its commercial team by hiring a SaaS Sales Executive to drive growth across European markets, with a strong focus on the DACH region.
This is a fully remote position based in Spain, offering significant autonomy and the opportunity to play a key role in the company’s international expansion.
Key Responsibilities

Drive end-to-end sales activities for the company’s SaaS solutions within European markets, primarily targeting German-speaking clients.

Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, qualification, product demonstrations, negotiations, and closing.

Actively engage with prospects in German at native level, understanding their business needs and effectively communicating the product’s value proposition.

Operate in a hunter-oriented role, balancing inbound leads with proactive outbound activity (approximately 50% leads / 50% cold outreach).

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, opportunities, and pipelines within the CRM.

Collaborate closely with internal teams (product, operations, and onboarding) to ensure a smooth transition from sale to implementation.
Requirements

Native-level German, both spoken and written.

Proven experience in B2B SaaS sales or digital product sales, ideally as an Account Executive or Sales Representative.

Strong commercial mindset with demonstrated success in closing deals and managing a high-volume pipeline.

Solid communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Experience working with international clients and stakeholders.

Residency in Spain is mandatory (full remote role, but Spain-based).

Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, scale-up environment with short-to-mid sales cycles (typically 3–4 months).
