What are we looking for?
We are looking for an HR Administration & Labor Relations Manager for one of our clients.
Mission
Ensure the flawless execution of all key People processes, from employee administration to the management of different employment-related situations. In addition, you will contribute to People Operations initiatives, driving improvements, optimizing operational efficiency, and providing an analytical perspective to support decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Manage local People operations processes (documentation, contractual updates, employee records, incidents, etc.).
- Work closely with external lawyers and prepare key materials for periodic meetings with employee representatives.
- Analyze key HR metrics (especially presence/absence indicators) and prepare reports for the business.
- Support the management of sensitive employment cases and produce all required documentation with rigor and accuracy.
- Drive process improvements and digitalization initiatives to enhance efficiency.
- Collaborate occasionally with teams in other countries.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in HR Administration and Labor Relations.
- Experience working with external legal advisors and employee representative bodies.
- Used to managing complex employment situations.
- Knowledge of compensation matters and incident management.
- Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities.
- High level of English to interact with international teams.
- Availability to travel.
