IT Infrastructure & Communications Specialist

Position Overview

The IT Infrastructure & Communications Specialist is responsible for managing and improving the company’s IT and communication infrastructure across multiple sites, ensuring reliable connectivity, efficient IT/OT services, and support for business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Deploy, maintain, and enhance IT and communication infrastructure across company locations.
• Provide technical support and coordination for IT and OT-related business initiatives.
• Assess site needs and recommend appropriate technology and communication solutions.
• Manage corporate communication services, incidents, and service requests.
• Oversee mobile communications and IT asset inventories across sites.
• Coordinate with telecom operators and technology vendors in Spain and internationally.
• Support infrastructure upgrades and digital transformation initiatives.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience in IT infrastructure and communications in multi-site environments.
• Knowledge of networks (LAN/WAN, WiFi, VPN, IP telephony, VLAN).
• Ability to troubleshoot network and infrastructure issues.
• Experience managing IT assets and communication services.
• University degree, high level of English, and at least 3 years of relevant experience.
