At Morgan Philips Interim Management, we are supporting our client, a leading multinational industrial company located in the south of Madrid, in the search for an Relations Manager-Interim Employee, supporting both leadership and operations during a key phase of transformation and consolidation.
Key Responsibilities
Employee Relations
• Lead the company's employee relations strategy in Spain.
• Manage relationships with employee representatives and works councils.
• Participate in collective bargaining processes, labor agreements, and conflict resolution.
• Advise management on labor law matters and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate disciplinary procedures, individual and collective labor disputes, mediation processes, and labor inspections.
• Manage relationships with external labor law advisors and legal counsel.
Candidate Profile
• University degree, preferably in Law, Labor Relations, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Solid experience (10+ years) in senior Employee Relations positions within industrial, manufacturing, or multinational environments.
• Proven track record of negotiating with works councils and trade unions.
• Ability to combine a strategic mindset with a strong hands-on operational approach.
• Experience acting as an HR Business Partner or in broad HR generalist roles with direct business responsibility.
• Strong knowledge of Spanish labor law and employment regulations.
• High level of English, with the ability to operate effectively in international environments.
• Influential professional with strong negotiation skills, resilience, and stakeholder management capabilities.
