Position: Global Sr. Compensation Manager
Scope: Global payroll & compensation operations across overseas entities
Reporting to: Total Reward Director 
Location: Taipei

 

Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Global Total Compensation & Benefits  Manager to lead and evolve the company’s global compensation and benefits strategy across international markets.

This role will partner closely with senior HR leaders and business stakeholders to ensure competitive, scalable, and compliant total rewards programs that support the company’s global workforce and continued international growth.

The ideal candidate brings strong expertise in global compensation strategy, payroll governance, and multi-country HR operations, with the ability to translate market insights into impactful rewards programs.


Key Responsibilities

Global Total Rewards Strategy

Lead the design and implementation of global compensation and benefits frameworks across overseas entities, ensuring alignment with business strategy, market competitiveness, and internal equity.

Global Payroll Governance

Oversee international payroll governance in partnership with regional HR teams and external payroll providers, ensuring accurate payroll operations and compliance with local labor and tax regulations.

Compensation Benchmarking & Market Insights

Drive compensation analysis and benchmarking across key markets, providing strategic insights to support annual salary reviews, incentive planning, and long-term talent retention.

Vendor & EOR Management

Manage relationships with global payroll vendors and EOR partners, ensuring service excellence, operational scalability, and alignment with corporate compliance standards.

HR & Business Partnership

Partner with HR leadership and business stakeholders to provide guidance on compensation structures, benefits programs, and international employment practices.

Process Optimization & Reporting

Enhance global payroll and compensation governance frameworks, improve reporting capabilities, and drive process improvements to strengthen operational efficiency and transparency.


Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in Compensation & Benefits / Total Rewards / Global HR Operations
  • Strong experience managing multi-country compensation or payroll operations
  • Familiarity with global payroll vendors, EOR partners, and international HR compliance
  • Experience supporting global or regional HR leadership
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Excellent stakeholder management and cross-cultural communication skills
