PC Firmware Program Manager

【The Opportunity】

We are seeking a high-caliber Customer Program Manager (CPM) to drive the execution and delivery of next-generation PC customer design-in programs and SoC partner engagements. This is a high-impact role acting as the operational bridge between Tier-1 PC OEMs, strategic SoC partners, and internal engineering teams. You will be responsible for ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery across global platforms, managing the product lifecycle from initial engagement through to high-volume production ramp.

【Key Responsibilities】

• Strategic Program Governance: Own end-to-end execution for major PC customer and SoC-partner programs, including the definition of schedules, milestones, risk mitigation, and issue tracking.

• Lifecycle Management: Implement robust tracking frameworks for complex customer designs and strategic partnerships, driving progress from early-stage architecture to market launch.

• Cross-Functional Leadership: Direct and align global, cross-functional teams spanning Silicon Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Operations to ensure all deliverables and dependencies are met.

• Global Partner Engagement: Serve as the primary program interface for key SoC partners and OEM customers. Build a deep network of technical and business contacts within these strategic accounts.

• Risk & Opportunity Management: Proactively identify technical gaps or timeline misalignments, escalating with clarity to executive leadership. Identify avenues for deeper collaboration, including co-design and joint validation initiatives.

【Candidate Profile】

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).

• Certifications: PMP Certification or equivalent professional program management credentials.

• Experience: 5+ years of leadership experience in the PC or Server markets, managing large-scale, complex hardware/software programs.

• Technical Domain: Strong understanding of PC platforms, specifically regarding Audio, Power Management, Haptics, or Mixed-Signal technologies.

• Soft Skills: Proven ability to lead in cross-disciplinary and multi-geographical environments; must be highly self-directed.

• Language: Professional fluency in both Mandarin and English is required for global stakeholder management.

【Preferred Assets】

• Direct experience with BIOS/FW development cycles or Windows driver development environments.

• A track record of managing platform-level deployments for major silicon providers.
