We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Coordinator to join a leading global FMCG company in Madrid. You will play a key supporting role in coordinating commercial activities, marketing initiatives, and customer programs, ensuring seamless execution and alignment between Sales, Trade Marketing, and Marketing teams in a fast‑paced, international environment.
Responsibilities
- Support the execution of sales and marketing plans across key customers, channels, and product categories.
- Coordinate promotional activities, product launches, and trade marketing initiatives, ensuring on‑time delivery and alignment with internal teams.
- Prepare sales presentations, reports, and performance dashboards to support account reviews and internal meetings.
- Track and analyze promotional results, sales KPIs, and market performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Manage the creation, approval, and distribution of marketing materials, POS assets, and customer toolkits.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain and Sales teams on forecasting, order management, and inventory alignment for promotional activities.
- Maintain accurate product and pricing information, ensuring proper communication across teams and systems.
- Coordinate communication between Sales, Marketing, Trade Marketing, and external partners to ensure flawless project execution.
- Support administrative tasks related to budgets, invoicing, and documentation of customer programs or marketing spend.
Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Overall, 2–3 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Marketing Coordination or similar roles, ideally within FMCG or a fast‑moving commercial environment.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and familiarity with CRM or reporting tools.
- Excellent communication and organizational capabilities, with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively with cross‑functional teams.
- Proactive, structured, and comfortable working in a dynamic, deadline‑driven environment.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus depending on the market.
