What You’ll Do:
- Strategic HR Partner: Work closely with senior management to define and implement people strategies that align with business objectives.
- Collaborate Across Functions: Co-lead and execute HR core processes across organizational management, talent development, performance management, compensation & benefits, labor law, and change management.
- Employee Advocate: Be the go-to person for employee counselling, helping to resolve issues while promoting a positive work environment.
- Drive HR Projects: Lead impactful HR initiatives and partner with business units on key projects that foster growth and development.
- Influence & Advise: Provide expert guidance to business leaders on HR matters, from local labor law to strategic decision-making.
- Global Interaction: Work alongside a global network of HR professionals, contributing to projects and strategies across multiple regions.
What You Bring:
- 10+ years of HR experience in Senior HRBP, HR Manager, or HR Director roles within multinational, matrixed organizations.
- Strong business acumen—Ability to align HR strategies with commercial objectives and drive measurable results.
- General knowledge in Compensation & Benefits, Talent Management, and Organizational Development.
- Expertise in Labor relations
- Experience in multinationals with best-in-class HR processes covering the full employee lifecycle.
- Fluent English (C1++/C2) is a must—You will interact with international stakeholders, and it will be essential for your succession planning within the organization.
- Exceptional stakeholder management— experience working with CEOs and senior executives, requiring top-tier communication and influence skills.
- Data-driven mindset—Leverage analytics and metrics to drive HR decision-making and influence leadership.
