Our client, a fast-growing pharmaceutical company, is seeking an Accountant to support their finance team, reporting to the Chief Accountant.
Responsibilities
- Process invoices, expense claims, and customer billing
- Prepare payments and monitor due dates
- Follow up on accounts receivable
- Post journal entries with correct coding
- Support month-end close (reconciliations, intercompany, accruals)
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure ledger reconciliations
- Assist with inventory and audit preparation
- Ensure compliance with BEGAAP, IFRS, and internal controls
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 2–3 years' experience in accounting
- Solid knowledge of BEGAAP and IFRS
- Proficient in Excel
- Fluent in English; French and/or Dutch is a plus
