AI Engineer

About the Role

We are looking for an AI Copilot Engineer to design and build AI Copilot and Agent systems for complex professional workflows.

In this role, you will work on practical LLM / VLM applications and agentic workflow development. You will help transform manual expert processes into AI-driven workflows that can understand user needs, break down tasks, call tools, execute actions, and generate reliable outputs.

This is a hands-on engineering role focused on LLM application development, workflow automation, tool integration, and AI product implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize agentic workflows for complex professional and engineering use cases.
• Build AI Copilot / Agent systems by integrating LLMs, VLMs, tool calling, and workflow orchestration mechanisms.
• Design and implement Skill, Tool, MCP, function calling, or similar capability modules to improve agent execution.
• Evaluate and integrate agentic coding or orchestration tools such as Claude Code, Codex, OpenClaw, or other agent frameworks.
• Connect AI agents with internal tools, data sources, backend services, and professional workflow systems.
• Design prompt strategies, planning logic, execution flows, error handling, and validation mechanisms.
• Work closely with product and engineering teams to define high-value use cases and deliver practical AI solutions.
• Develop APIs and backend services to support AI workflow execution and internal tool integration.
• Write technical documentation, system design documents, and implementation guides to support development and maintenance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, AI engineering, machine learning engineering, or related fields.
• Hands-on experience with LLM application development and agentic workflow implementation.
• Familiarity with Skill, Tool, MCP, function calling, tool calling, or similar capability orchestration mechanisms.
• Experience with Claude Code, OpenClaw, Codex, or other agentic coding / orchestration tools.
• Strong Python programming skills and experience with API integration.
• Familiarity with VLM or multimodal AI applications.
• Ability to break down complex human workflows into structured AI-executable processes.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Good English reading and writing skills; basic to intermediate English communication ability is preferred.

Nice to Have

• Experience with complex engineering workflows, simulation-related systems, 3D applications, or technical software platforms.
• Experience with multi-agent systems, memory, RAG, or AI evaluation frameworks.
• Hands-on experience building AI Copilot, AI Assistant, Coding Agent, or Workflow Agent products.
• Experience with cloud deployment, API services, backend systems, or internal tool platforms.
• Familiarity with engineering software, automation workflows, simulation environments, robotics, or industrial software use cases.
