📝 What will your key responsibilities be?
Role Objective
Provide logistics consulting services to existing and prospective clients to identify opportunities for cost savings and operational efficiencies within their current processes. Through this consultative approach, identify the most effective ways to create value through Transmodal’s solutions and strengthen the commercial relationship with clients and prospects.
Key Responsibilities
Client & Prospect Consulting

Gather information from clients and prospects using consultative methodologies, including interviews, on-site visits, and engagement with key stakeholders.

Conduct quantitative and qualitative data analysis.

Develop reports and dashboards with diagnostic insights and proposed solutions.

Present consulting findings and recommendations to clients and prospects.

Identify and engage potential clients within target sectors.

Collaborate with the commercial team to identify potential sales opportunities.
Account Management
-
Identify improvement opportunities within existing clients to execute consulting engagements.

Detect cross-selling opportunities aligned with client needs.
-
Address inquiries and coordinate operational requests.
Performance & Target Achievement

Achieve monthly and annual consulting targets.
-
Provide periodic reporting on assessments and consulting outcomes.

Participate in commercial follow-up meetings.

Propose strategies to improve conversion rates.
Operational Coordination

Work closely with the pricing team to optimize client costs through Transmodal’s solutions.

Coordinate with operations teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality service.

Document special client requirements in the CRM/ERP systems.

Escalate issues and client requests in a timely manner.

Position Requirements
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
Experience:
5+ years of experience in the logistics sector, preferably within 3PL operations.
Languages:

Basic ERP knowledge
Preferred Certifications

APICS Certification (CSCP, CLTD) or equivalent in Supply Chain.

Rail / Intermodal Logistics Certification.
Working Conditions
Location: Mexico office with frequent visits to client sites.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, with flexible hours depending on commercial needs.
Travel: Occasional travel within the assigned territory.
Compensation Structure: Base salary + performance-based bonuses.
