Key responsibilities:
- Drive implementation of industrial processes and tools across all operational areas to enhance efficiency and quality,
- Manage end-to-end project execution, including scope, resources, timelines, financials, and deviation handling,
- Oversee purchasing for project-specific requirements,
- Supervise ERP system implementation to optimize operational workflows,
- Lead production and engineering operations, build an efficient organization, implement modern processes and tools for optimization.
Requirements:
- Engineering degree,
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in an operations management role,
- Experience in an engineered-to-order environment is a must have,
- Experience in leading change management initiatives,
- Hands-on experience in implementing ERP systems,
- Pragmatic, results-oriented mindset combined with a hands-on attitude,
- Fluent English.
