Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure availability of goods and materials in the right quantity, timeframe, and at optimal cost to support operational efficiency.
• Lead demand forecasting by analyzing historical data and market trends; adjust statistical models as needed and upload forecasts to the assigned platform.
• Implement and coordinate S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) sessions to enhance operational performance, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.
• Plan and monitor inventory levels to avoid excess stock and prevent shortages.
• Manage product quantities aligned with MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity) requirements and optimal inventory targets.
• Maintain effective communication with foreign trade service providers to ensure product availability and resolve supply issues.
• Coordinate and manage product import activities, including documentation and compliance with customs and regulatory standards.
• Use data analysis tools to monitor performance and adjust demand and import strategies when necessary.
• Collaborate with commercial, controlling, and logistics teams to ensure alignment in demand and supply strategies.
• Identify process improvement opportunities in planning and import management to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Prepare periodic reports on demand, imports, and stock consolidation for strategic decision-making at headquarters.
• Ensure compliance with all local and international import regulations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Administration or related fields.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Advanced English level.
Languages:
• Fluent in English.
