Role Overview

This role is responsible for the strategic development and lifecycle management of the Rectifier Module portfolio. You will drive advanced technology roadmaps and identify market opportunities to ensure product competitiveness. Strong communication skills and a high degree of self-motivation are essential for success in this global coordination role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Portfolio & Roadmap Management: Define long-term product roadmaps and identify advanced technology trends to maintain a competitive edge in the power electronics market.

  • Sales Enablement & Training: Develop comprehensive technical training materials and sales tools (e.g., catalogs, competitive comparisons) to introduce product features and portfolios to global stakeholders.

  • Business Intelligence & Analytics: Actively monitor market trends, daily bookings, and billings. Analyze business metrics (Backlog vs. Budgets) and customer behavior to drive growth.

  • New Product Introduction (NPI): Initiate and lead the NPBA (New Product Business Analysis) process; collaborate with R&D, Product Engineering, and Manufacturing teams for successful product launches.

  • Pricing Strategy & GPM Optimization: Evaluate product costs and market positioning to define pricing curves and maximize Gross Profit Margin (GPM).

  • Technical Support & Application: Promote optimized solutions for customer-specific projects and provide rapid technical clarification regarding electrical data and product performance.

  • Cross-Regional Collaboration: Work closely with global FAE and Sales teams (Asia, Europe, and the Americas) to define and execute regional product strategies.

  • Market Engagement: Travel (approximately 10%) for high-level customer meetings, technical support, and participation in major industry events.

Qualifications

  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in Product Marketing, FAE, or a related field within the electronics industry.

  • Technical Expertise: Strong technical knowledge of Power Electronics and Power Transistors is mandatory.

  • Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to conduct product competition analysis, evaluate new product potential, and engage in strategic negotiations.

  • Data-Driven: Skilled in collecting and analyzing global market data to perform industry research and competitive landscape mapping.

  • Core Competencies: Meticulous, proactive, and passionate about the industry. Must possess excellent communication and coordination skills to navigate complex organizational structures.

  • Independence: Ability to work independently, solve problems with sharp market insight, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
