Title: Regional Sales Manager

Location: Chengdu

As a Regional Sales Manager, you will lead a regional sales team to drive business growth with key customers in the municipal, coal chemical, and petrochemical sectors. You will play a critical role in shaping regional sales strategy, elevating service excellence, and expanding market presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the regional sales team to achieve business targets, providing coaching, performance management, and professional development support.

• Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with key accounts in the municipal, coal chemical, and petrochemical industries to support sustainable business growth.

• Gather, analyze, and act on market intelligence to inform regional strategy and decision-making.

• Oversee the use of Sales Force to maintain and update project trackers and enquiry registers, ensuring data accuracy and team adoption.

• Collaborate with segment specification teams, business development managers, and field technical specialists to optimize project win rates and resource allocation.

• Ensure high-quality sales service throughout the delivery process and drive full, on-time collection performance.

• Report to senior leadership and contribute to regional business planning and execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above (Chemical, Engineering, Marketing, or related fields preferred)

• 8+ years of sales or marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or team management role

• Proven success in managing large-scale projects in municipal, coal chemical, or petrochemical markets is highly preferred

• Strong capability in new customer development and strategic account management

• Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English
