An international pharmaceutical company with global operations is looking for a Sales Manager to support the development of its business in Mexico and act as a key local representative for the organization. Who are you?
- Professional with experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- +3 years of experience in roles such as account management, sales support, or business development.
- Strong understanding of the Mexican pharmaceutical market (distributors, regulations, stakeholders).
- Experience managing client relationships or working with external partners.
- Fluent in English and Spanish (mandatory due to international communication).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly adaptable, proactive, and comfortable working in evolving environments.
- Interest in building a role from the ground up and growing with an international company.
What will you do?
- Act as the local representative of the company in Mexico.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with distributors, clients, and business partners.
- Serve as a bridge between international teams and the Mexican market.
- Support ongoing projects and ensure smooth communication and follow-up.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.
- Experience working with distributors, partners, or clients in Mexico.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Advanced English (mandatory).
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities
