Main Accountabilities:
• Analyzes project requirements with engineering team, checks that all essential work activities have been identified in sufficient detail to serve as a basis for developing realistic project schedules.
• Defines, jointly with the engineering team, required resource loaded/integrated, baseline and current schedules to ensure the on-time delivery.
• Monitors service progress and provides input for optimizing resources based on schedule.
• Issue and organize all project documentation based on existing procedures
• Support from order entry to invoicing/billing to the customer
• Participates in project reviews. Composes reports and updates all required project data in Project Control systems and SAP for Management Information and Project Analysis.
• Communicates project progress and control issues to project management team and offers solutions.
• Integrates material and service resource requirements with project schedule and defines procurement activities and order lead times.
• Regularly communicates with SCM team, supplier and updates schedules to ensure procurement activities take place in a timely way and lead times are optimized to meet schedule targets.
• Support from order entry for the payment application from suppliers
• Communicate with factory for any technical and commercial supports if required.
• Support projects delivery for local and overseas shipments.
• Working closely with service team in coordinating customer, planning logistic for site service jobs.
• Builds and maintains relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, consulting on other project control issues.
• Effectively communicates appropriate information internally and other stakeholders in a timely manner and to achieve desired understanding.
• Supports Project Manager in improving tools and processes related to scheduling used in local unit.
• Ensures that the individual project follows contract and claim methodologies with impact established in planning in accordance with internal standard procedures, and as per contracts entered with customers.
Job requirement:
Education and Experience:• Bachelor’s degree in Business administration, Project Management, or related field
• 5–8 years of experience in a project coordination or administrative support role
Must-have Skills:
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities in English
Nice-to-have Skills:
• Certification in project management (i.e. PMP)
• Experience working with cross-functional teams
