Your Responsibilities

As the Head of Licensed & Own Brand, you will develop and implement innovative brand and marketing strategies that align with our organizational objectives. Collaboration will be key as you work closely with product development and cross-functional teams to manage brand portfolios and identify new business opportunities. Additionally, you will analyze market research related to consumer behavior and competitive brands, utilizing this data to inform effective brand management decisions. You will also manage marketing budgets and operating costs to ensure cost efficiency and optimal returns on investment.

Your Profile

We are seeking a dynamic leader with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Advertising, Marketing, Economics, or a related field. The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of 6–8 years of relevant professional experience, including substantial leadership or team management experience. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with a proven ability in research, analytical thinking, and strategic decision-making.

A background in fashion is required, as is a passion for developing brands that resonate with consumers. You should possess the capability to analyze complex data and trends effectively, translating insights into actionable marketing strategies.
