Mid-level Corporate Lawyer F/M - Local Law Firm

Our client is a medium-sized law firm located in the heart of Luxembourg.

As part of the development of their team, the firm is seeking a lawyer specialized in Corporate M&A in Luxembourg. 

Responsibilities:

• Structure and manage M&A transactions (share/asset deals, mergers, joint ventures), advising on legal risks, strategy, and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct and supervise legal due diligence, identify risks, and translate findings into actionable recommendations for clients.
• Draft and negotiate key transaction documents, including SPA/APA, shareholders’ agreements, LOIs, term sheets, and ancillary closing documents.
• Coordinate the full deal lifecycle from term sheet to closing, managing stakeholders, conditions precedent, regulatory filings, and post‑closing corporate processes.

Your profile:

• Master's degree in Law.
• At least 2 years of experience in Corporate M&A law acquired in a law firm in Luxembourg.
• Excellent command of both French and English, spoken and written.
• Appreciation for human-sized environments with a horizontal structure that fosters collaboration and personal initiative.
