For our client, an international retail company, currently we are looking for an experienced person to take the position of:

Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate PR and paid media campaigns across the CEE region (Poland, Romania, and Hungary), including traditional channels such as TV, OOH, DOOH, cinema, and radio.
- Collaborate with PR agencies, media representatives, and brand partners to deliver impactful communication initiatives.
- Drive brand awareness through integrated PR, media, and communication activities.
- Support retail marketing initiatives, including store openings, in-store activations, and local brand events.
- Develop and maintain PR materials, including press releases, media kits, interviews, and brand assets.
- Monitor campaign performance, media coverage, and key KPIs, providing regular reporting and insights.
- Manage campaign budgets and ensure consistent brand communication across all channels.
- 4-6 years of experience in PR, media, brand communication, or marketing, either in-house or within an agency environment.
- University degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of the media landscape and PR tools, including media monitoring and reporting.
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills with media and external partners.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills in Polish and English (written and verbal).
- Experience of working in an international organization, preferably in fashion, beauty or lifestyle industry.
- Previous team leadership experience.
