Position Summary
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Commercial Excellence Manager to lead Commercial Excellence across Canada for our Dermo-Cosmetics and Medical Care businesses.
This role will serve as a key business partner to the General Manager and Leadership Team, driving data-driven decision-making and continuous business improvement. The successful candidate will lead initiatives across Revenue Growth Management (RGM), Commercial Analytics, Business Intelligence, CRM, Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE), Retail Execution, and Performance Management to accelerate profitable growth.
Key Responsibilities
Commercial Performance & Business Insights
- Analyze business, customer, channel, and portfolio performance to identify growth opportunities and potential risks.
- Lead business performance reviews and Risks & Opportunities processes.
- Deliver actionable insights and strategic recommendations to support commercial decision-making.
- Support forecasting, business planning, and performance management activities.
Revenue Growth Management (RGM)
- Lead pricing, promotional strategy, trade investment, and profitability optimization initiatives.
- Evaluate customer, channel, and portfolio profitability to maximize commercial returns.
- Develop business cases to support customer planning, investment decisions, and Joint Business Plans (JBPs).
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to improve Gross-to-Net performance and ROI.
Commercial Analytics & Business Intelligence
- Own commercial reporting, dashboards, and business intelligence capabilities.
- Ensure data consistency by maintaining a single source of truth across commercial and financial reporting.
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable business recommendations.
- Drive CRM governance, adoption, and data quality improvements.
Sales Force Effectiveness
- Lead Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) initiatives across the organization.
- Optimize customer segmentation, targeting strategies, territory alignment, and field force productivity.
- Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities to improve execution and return on investment.
- Support the implementation of global tools and best practices.
Retail Execution & Category Excellence
- Monitor assortment, distribution, visibility, and promotional execution across retail channels.
- Support category management and customer initiatives that drive commercial growth.
- Evaluate retail execution effectiveness and recommend continuous improvement opportunities.
Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Act as a trusted advisor to the General Manager and Leadership Team.
- Influence strategic business decisions through commercial insights and analytics.
- Lead Commercial Excellence projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, and Global teams to implement best practices and commercial frameworks.
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Analytics, Commerce, or a related field.
- MBA or Master's degree is considered an asset.
Experience
- 8–12 years of experience in Commercial Excellence, Revenue Growth Management, Business Analytics, Sales Operations, Commercial Finance, or related commercial functions.
- Proven track record of improving commercial performance through analytics, business insights, and strategic business partnering.
- Experience within Consumer Healthcare, Dermo-Cosmetics, FMCG, Retail, or Pharmaceutical industries is highly preferred.

Technical Skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

- CRM experience, preferably Salesforce.
- Strong data visualization and business intelligence capabilities.
Languages
- Bilingual English and French (spoken and written) required.
