Sr. Field Application Engineer

Sr. FAE Engineer – High-Speed Networking  or  Optical Test 

Location: Taipei

In this role, you will collaborate with hyperscalers, chip companies, and optical module vendors, helping them validate next-generation high-speed networking systems.

What You Will Do

• Work closely with sales teams to support technical engagements with strategic customers
• Demonstrate advanced high speed internet network or  optical testing solutions to R&D and production teams
• Lead proof-of-concept (PoC) testing and support customers in integrating test equipment into their lab environments
• Develop automation scripts (Python/API) for test workflows
• Support validation of 400G / 800G / 1.6T Ethernet and high-speed optical technologies
• Collaborate with global teams to influence future product development

What We Are Looking For

• Degree in Electrical Engineering / Telecommunications / Computer Engineering
• Experience in high-speed networking, optical communications, or test & measurement
• Knowledge of technologies such as:
  • PAM4 signaling
  • Ethernet standards (400G / 800G)
  • Optical transceivers (QSFP-DD / OSFP)
• Experience with test equipment (Keysight, Spirent, VIAVI, Anritsu, etc.)
• Familiarity with Python or automation scripting
• Strong communication skills and willingness to work with global customers
