About the Client
Our client is a premier luxury aviation provider specializing in bespoke, VIP travel solutions, including private jet charters, elite flight experiences, and comprehensive aircraft management.
The Role
To support their commitment to ultra-premium travel, they are seeking an experienced Business Development Representative. Beyond operations, you will actively cultivate high-net-worth relationships, uphold exceptional service standards, and drive revenue growth within your assigned portfolio.
Core Responsibilities
- End-to-End Charter Management: Manage private flight requests from the initial enquiry, quotation, and aircraft sourcing through to final booking and successful flight completion. Domestic travel for client and operator visits when required.
- Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with key travel bookers within your client portfolio and network with aircraft operators.
- Database & Operations Support: Maintain accurate operator and fleet data, assist in expanding the operator database, and handle booking changes promptly. Adapt to flexible working hours (including occasional out-of-hours shifts)
- Flight Logistics & Compliance: Create detailed flight briefs, post-flight reports, and ensure all bookings strictly adhere to legal, safety, and compliance guidelines.
Requirements
- Language Skills: Native Mandarin speaker with business-level English proficiency.
- Experience: Proven sales track record in the Chinese market; background in the MICE industry is highly advantageous.
- Attributes: Target-driven and resilient under pressure.
