MAKING SUCCESS STORIES HAPPEN

We are looking for a seasoned Electrical Engineer with strong expertise in power electronics to take ownership of the design, development, and validation of AC/DC and DC/DC converters for next-generation AI data center applications. In this role, you will collaborate closely with firmware, mechanical, and system teams to deliver high-efficiency, high-power-density power solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop AC/DC and DC/DC converter topologies, including PFC, LLC, Flyback, Buck, and Boost, for high-efficiency data center power systems.

  • Execute circuit design, create schematics, select components, and perform detailed error analysis.

  • Conduct simulations using tools such as SIMPLIS, PSIM, MATLAB, or MathCAD to validate and optimize designs.

  • Improve magnetic design, thermal performance, power density, reliability, and overall cost-effectiveness.

  • Lead prototype bring-up, debugging, and validation activities for power supply units (PSUs) and power modules.

  • Perform safety and regulatory compliance validation in accordance with standards such as UL and IEC.

  • Work cross-functionally with firmware and mechanical teams to ensure seamless system-level integration.

Qualifications

  • Master’s or Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.

  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience in power supply and power electronics design.

  • Strong understanding of switching power topologies, magnetics (transformers), and power devices such as MOSFET, SiC, and GaN.

  • Practical experience in schematic design, PCB layout review, and laboratory debugging.

  • Familiarity with reliability and safety standards for data center applications.

  • Experience in AIDC/HPC/Server platforms (e.g., CRPS, ORV3, HVDC) is highly preferred.

  • Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate within cross-functional teams.
