Finance Business Partner

This role leads the Commercial Finance function for the market, acting as a strategic business partner to drive revenue growth, profitability, and commercial decision-making.

Key responsibilities:

• Partner closely with business leaders to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making across clients, pricing, and investments
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning from a commercial perspective, ensuring alignment with business strategy
• Analyze revenue, margins, and client profitability to identify risks and opportunities for growth
• Support commercial initiatives including pricing strategies, contract evaluation, and new business proposals
• Provide actionable insights through financial modeling and scenario analysis
• Collaborate with Operational Finance and Financial Control teams to ensure accuracy of financial data and alignment in reporting
• Drive performance management by setting and monitoring KPIs across business units
• Lead and develop the Commercial Finance team, enhancing business partnering capabilities
• Ensure strong stakeholder engagement with internal teams (e.g. Sales, Account Management) and regional/global finance
