Role purpose
The HR Business Partner acts as a strategic advisor to business leaders, aligning HR strategies and practices with business objectives and supporting organizational performance.
Key responsibilities
Strategic Business Partnering
- Partner with leaders and managers to understand business objectives and translate them into people strategies
- Provide HR advice on workforce planning, organizational design and change initiatives
- Support leaders in building high-performing and engaged teams
- Support recruitment, onboarding and retention activities
- Lead or support performance management processes
- Identify talent gaps and support succession planning and career development
- Provide guidance on employee relations matters (performance issues, grievances, disciplinary actions, absence management)
- Ensure consistent application of HR policies and employment law
- Support managers in handling complex people issues
- Identify training needs and support development initiatives in cooperation with Plant HRBP
- Coordinate training programs, external providers and training budget
- Support learning projects and act as LMS administrator
- Support organizational change initiatives and assess people impact
- Participate in group HR projects and initiatives
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in an HRBP or HR Generalist role
- Experience advising managers on people management topics
- Experience in learning & development and project coordination
- Very good MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with LMS is a plus
- Fluent English (C1)
- Strong communication skills
