HRIS Specialist | SAP SuccessFactors

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in the implementation and rollout of SAP SuccessFactors across global locations.
• Review existing HR processes and coordinate HRIS requirements with regional HR and IT teams.
• Work closely with external consultants and internal stakeholders to drive project progress and ensure timely delivery.
• Support requirements gathering, process alignment, system implementation, and cross-regional project coordination.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors or other HRIS platforms.
• Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and Employee Central Payroll (ECP) is required.
• Experience with SuccessFactors Time / Time Tracking is preferred.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and HR information systems.
• Business-level English proficiency in speaking, listening, reading, and writing.
• Willingness and flexibility to travel for business needs.
• Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with HRIS implementation or global system rollout within a multinational organization.
• Experience working with external consultants and cross-functional/global teams.
• Familiarity with additional SuccessFactors modules is a plus.
