Role Highlights

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize IT management product features, including RMM, Patch Management, Automation, and Remote Support.
• Translate customer and user needs into product requirements and feature specifications.
• Collaborate with engineering, UX, and security teams to deliver enterprise solutions.
• Analyze IT security requirements, vulnerability management processes, and product improvements.
• Drive product enhancements based on market trends and user feedback.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in Product Management, IT Management, Enterprise Software, or related fields.
• Experience with IT management solutions such as RMM, Patch Management, Remote Support, or IT Automation.
• Understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure and security practices.
• Strong ability in requirement analysis, product planning, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Familiarity with vulnerability management or security standards (e.g., CVSS) is a plus.
