This role spearheads the upstream and downstream commercial strategy for innovative medical technology solutions. The position focuses on translating clinical evidence into commercial impact, orchestrating multi-channel market entry, and expanding the footprint of both advanced procedural portfolios and digital health offerings across key hospital accounts.

Responsibilities
  • Define and execute multi-year commercial roadmaps, pricing models, and go-to-market frameworks to maximize portfolio profitability throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Lead end-to-end commercialization for new solution launches, coordinating timing, resource allocation, and revenue milestones.
  • Formulate differentiated value propositions tailored to clinical specialists, surgical teams, and healthcare administration leadership.
  • Establish strategic partnerships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and reference centers to build clinical advocacy, gather Voice of Customer (VOC), and co-develop evidence-based claims.
  • Partner closely with clinical specialists and field commercial teams to deliver integrated, procedure-focused clinical solutions.
  • Design impactful sales enablement collateral, clinical summaries, demonstration frameworks, and digital engagement assets to accelerate the sales cycle.
  • Oversee brand presence and interactive demonstration workflows at major academic congresses and industry symposiums.
  • Drive customer adoption and usage expansion of connected digital health and software-driven medical solutions.
  • Track competitive dynamics and healthcare market shifts to formulate proactive counter-strategies.
  • Champion internal digital readiness programs to upskill field teams on evolving healthcare technologies.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Business Administration, or related discipline (Master’s/MBA is a plus).
  • Minimum 5 years within the healthcare, MedTech, or life sciences sector, including at least 2 years dedicated to product management or strategic brand marketing.
  • Track record of driving complex, cross-functional, multi-quarter programs from concept to commercial execution.
  • Excellent bilingual communication and presentation skills (fluent in English and local language) with the ability to engage executive and clinical stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (approx. 30%).
