Product Team Lead

Responsibilities

1. RFP/RFQ/RFI Assessment & Pricing Strategy
   Spearhead the assessment and response process for major project RFPs/RFQs/RFIs, including cost breakdown analysis and pricing strategy formulation.
2. Internal Project Kick-off Proposals & Reporting
   Drive internal kick-off proposals and reporting, covering ROI evaluation, scope-of-work definition, and technical risk review.
3. Team Management & Process Improvement
   Manage and coach a team of Project Managers; continuously assess and refine execution workflows to maximize ROI and reduce project technical risk.
4. NPI Process Ownership
   Oversee the full New Product Introduction (NPI) lifecycle from end to end.
5. Annual Budget Planning
   Direct annual budget planning and review for the COM ODM department, ensuring consistency with overall company objectives.
6. Cross-Functional Coordination
   Facilitate cross-functional communication and proactively manage stakeholder expectations.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 8 years of relevant experience in a computer/technology-related field.
2. Background in EE or ME preferred.
3. Prior experience leading or managing a team is required.
4. Hands-on experience with IPC products is required.
5. Fluent in spoken and written English, as this role requires regular communication with overseas clients and cross-border teams.
6. Strong collaboration, prioritization, and problem-solving abilities.
