Fund Control & Reporting Manager F/M - Asset Management

A leading asset management platform is seeking a Fund Controller to oversee a portfolio of Luxembourg-based investment funds and support the launch of new vehicles and strategies.

Reporting into senior finance leadership, the role combines financial oversight, operational fund control and governance, working closely with internal stakeholders and external service providers.

Key Responsibilities
Financial Oversight & Governance

• Contribute to corporate and fund-level financial reporting (monthly, quarterly, annual)
• Support new fund launches, structuring activities and strategy onboarding 
• Monitor fund liquidity, cash flows and financial performance
• Prepare materials for internal governance and valuation committees
•  Drive continuous improvement of financial processes and controls
• Coordinate and oversee external service providers (fund administrators, depositaries, auditors, valuation agents)

Fund Operations & Control

• Supervise fund operations including capital calls, distributions and expense management
• Ensure accuracy, timeliness and consistency of financial data
• Prepare interim and annual financial statements
• Act as a key interface with legal, risk and compliance teams to maintain a strong control framework

Profile

• Qualified accountant (ACCA, CPA, CFA or equivalent)
• Significant experience in fund accounting / fund control within an AIFM or international environment
• Strong knowledge of Luxembourg accounting standards (Lux GAAP required; IFRS/US GAAP a plus)
• Comfortable in fast-paced, growing and multi-stakeholder environments
• Autonomous, detail-oriented, with strong analytical and organisational skills
