As an Associate in the Fund Finance team, you will play a vital role in supporting the Fund Controller Manager & Director and contributing to the financial operations of one of the most dynamic real estate platforms in Europe.
 
Your Responsibilities:
As part of a collaborative and high-performing team, your responsibilities will include:
  • Oversight and coordination of quarterly NAV consolidation
  • Providing data and support for IFRS & INREV reporting to the consolidation agent
  • Support in transaction processes and intercompany reconciliations
  • Managing relationships with internal teams, external partners, and service providers
  • Oversight of loan administration, payment processes, and cash management
  • Maintenance and tracking of alphabet shares and other equity structures
  • Understanding tax structuring and ensuring ongoing compliance
  • Monitoring legal documentation of new investments for depositary oversight
  • Oversight and management of local SPVs across multiple jurisdictions
  • Support with technical accounting matters
  • Ensure compliance with investor side letter obligations and reporting
  • Review of regulatory filings (CIT, VAT, annual accounts, etc.)
  • Act as key point of contact during group consolidation audits
  • Production of the quarterly investor reports
  • Contribution to ad hoc projects as required
 
Your Profile:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance or Accounting
  • 2 years’ experience in fund accounting or audit, ideally with real estate fund structures
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS and INREV reporting standards
  • Fluent in English; German is a strong advantage
  • Working towards or holding a professional qualification (ACCA, ACA, CA or equivalent)
  • Solid proficiency with Microsoft Excel and financial systems
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams
  • A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a drive for continuous improvement
