Interim Management – Senior Buyers (Industrial Services) – Luxembourg

We are currently supporting a leading industrial group in Luxembourg in the context of a strategic procurement transformation project and are looking for 3 Senior Buyers (Industrial Services) for a 6 to 9 months assignment.

Your responsibilities

• Support Lead Buyers in the preparation and execution of strategic supplier negotiations
• Conduct price benchmarking and cost breakdown analysis
• Analyse supplier base and contribute to procurement strategy development
• Support the transition from spot purchasing to long-term contractual agreements
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (operations, procurement teams)
• Contribute to contract optimisation and performance improvement

• Focus on industrial services (maintenance, technical services, facilities, etc.)

Your profile

• Proven experience in procurement / sourcing, ideally within industrial services
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills
• Experience with contract management and pricing models
• Ability to operate in complex and fast-paced environments
