Join a leading Wealth Management institution and become a key point of contact for life insurance solutions dedicated to High-Net-Worth Individuals and Private Banking clients.
You will work closely with bankers, insurance companies and internal stakeholders to ensure the smooth implementation and management of Luxembourg life insurance contracts throughout their lifecycle.
Your Role
As a Life Insurance Client & Banking Support Officer F/M, you will support Private Bankers in structuring and managing life insurance solutions for their clients. Acting as the link between the bank, the client and insurance providers, you will ensure a high-quality service while coordinating all operational and administrative aspects of insurance contracts.
Key Responsibilities :
Client & Banker Support
- Act as the main point of contact for bankers regarding life insurance solutions.
- Advise internal stakeholders on available insurance products and market practices.
- Prepare and coordinate insurance proposals with insurance companies.
- Support the implementation of tailored wealth planning and investment solutions.
Contract Management
- Coordinate the onboarding and set-up of new life insurance contracts.
- Prepare contractual documentation and ensure complete and accurate files.
- Follow transactions throughout their lifecycle (subscriptions, arbitrages, withdrawals, policy amendments, etc.).
- Liaise with insurance companies to ensure timely execution of client requests.
Operations & Administration
- Maintain accurate client and contract data within internal systems and CRM tools.
- Monitor pending transactions and ensure proper follow-up.
- Participate in data remediation and process improvement initiatives.
- Ensure all documentation is correctly filed and archived.
Risk & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal requirements.
- Monitor regulatory developments impacting life insurance activities.
- Contribute to operational controls and risk management processes.
Your Profile :
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Luxembourg life insurance, private banking or wealth management.
- Good understanding of life insurance products and related investment structures.
- Strong organisational and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of accuracy and confidentiality.
- Client-focused mindset and team spirit.
Languages :
- Fluent French and English.
- Italian or Spanish would be considered a strong asset.
