Relationship Manager (F/M) - Italian Speaker

Our client is a Luxembourg-based investment firm specialising in wealth management and investment advisory services for private clients across Europe. To support the growth of its Italian client base, the firm is seeking an experienced Relationship Manager (F/M) to manage and develop existing client relationships while promoting tailored investment solutions.

Your Role

As a Relationship Manager (F/M), you will act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of Italian-speaking clients. Your focus will be on building long-term relationships, understanding clients' investment objectives and identifying opportunities to expand assets under management through suitable investment solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop an existing portfolio of Italian private clients and investors.
• Build trusted relationships and act as a long-term adviser to clients.
• Understand clients' financial situations, investment objectives and risk profiles.
• Present and explain investment opportunities, with a particular focus on fixed income products, bonds and discretionary portfolio management solutions.
• Work closely with Portfolio Managers and Investment Specialists to deliver tailored investment recommendations.
• Support client onboarding, account reviews and ongoing relationship management activities.
• Ensure all activities comply with internal policies and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Maintain regular contact with clients through meetings, calls and portfolio reviews.

Your Profile

• Previous experience as a Relationship Manager, Client Adviser, Investment Adviser or Private Banker.
• Strong knowledge of financial markets and investment products.
• Proven ability to discuss and promote:
  • Bonds and fixed income products;
  • Discretionary Portfolio Management solutions;
  • Wealth and investment strategies.
• Excellent relationship-building and client retention skills.
• Service-oriented mindset with a consultative approach.
• Ability to work effectively within a regulated investment environment.

Languages

• Italian: Fluent / Native.
• English: Fluent.
• French would be considered an advantage.
