Senior Fund Reporting Officer F/M - Asset Management

Our client is a well-established asset management company based in the heart of Luxembourg. The structure manages a diversified range of investment funds, primarily liquid funds, with growing exposure to Private Equity strategies. As part of its continued development, the company is looking for a Fund Reporting Officer to strengthen its Fund Administration team.

Reporting line: Conducting Officer – Fund Administration

Responsibilities :

• Prepare and review periodic financial and regulatory reporting for investment funds (monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual reports)
• Coordinate the production of financial statements in collaboration with external service providers, auditors and internal stakeholders
• Ensure the accuracy and consistency of NAV-related reporting and fund data
• Participate in the preparation of reports for management, investors and regulatory authorities
• Monitor reporting deadlines and ensure compliance with Luxembourg regulatory requirements
• Support the Conducting Officer Fund Administration on reporting, operational and oversight matters
• Liaise with portfolio management, risk, compliance, auditors, depositary and fund administrators
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives and automation of reporting activities
• Assist on the onboarding of new funds and investment structures, including Private Equity vehicles

 
Profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in fund reporting, fund accounting, audit or fund administration within Luxembourg
• Good understanding of liquid funds (UCITS/AIF) and interest in Private Equity structures
• Knowledge of Luxembourg fund regulations and reporting standards
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work in an international and fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management abilities
• Fluent English is mandatory; French is considered a plus
