Senior HR Transformation Consultant (F/M) - Freelance

📍 Full Remote | 2 Days/Week | Freelance Contract

Our client is a global leader in the manufacturing and industrial sector, currently undergoing a major international HR transformation programme. To support this strategic initiative, we are looking for an experienced Senior HR Transformation Consultant to help redesign HR processes, operating models, and governance across multiple business units.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and co-facilitate workshops focused on HR Target Operating Model (TOM), governance, and process design.
• Analyze, challenge, and consolidate HR processes across all HR functions.
• Produce high-quality consulting deliverables, including executive presentations, strategic recommendations, and synthesis documents.
• Define HR roles, responsibilities, governance models, and operating principles.
• Contribute to the development of the HR transformation roadmap and change management strategy.
• Engage confidently with senior stakeholders, including CHROs, HR Business Partners, and Subject Matter Experts.
• Ensure consistency across different business units and transformation workstreams.
• Mentor and support junior consultants while ensuring the overall quality of project deliverables.

Requirements

• 6–10 years of experience in HR Transformation, HR Operating Model design, HR Process Design, HRIS implementation, or organizational redesign.
• Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors.
• Strong consulting background with excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Proven ability to engage senior stakeholders in an international environment.
• Excellent PowerPoint and executive presentation skills.
• Experience working within complex, global, and multicultural organizations.
• Fluent English.
