Sr. Global Sourcing Manager (Finished Goods)

We are looking for an experienced Senior Sourcing Manager to lead strategic sourcing activities across multiple categories within a global technology and manufacturing environment. This role will be responsible for developing sourcing strategies, managing key supplier relationships, leading commercial negotiations, driving cost optimization, and ensuring supply continuity, quality, and delivery performance.

The position will work closely with Engineering, Product Development, Operations, Quality and Logistics teams, while also leading and developing a sourcing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sourcing and category strategies aligned with business and product requirements.
• Lead supplier negotiations covering pricing, commercial terms, payment terms, quality, delivery and contractual risk.
• Analyze spend, cost structures and market conditions to identify and implement cost optimization opportunities.
• Manage strategic supplier relationships and regularly review performance across cost, quality, delivery and service.
• Identify potential supply and supplier risks and develop appropriate risk mitigation and business continuity plans.
• Partner with suppliers and internal stakeholders to support quality improvement and operational performance.
• Work cross-functionally with Engineering, Product Development, Operations, Quality and Logistics throughout sourcing and product/project execution.
• Support responsible and sustainable sourcing practices across the supplier base.
• Lead complex sourcing projects and provide guidance to sourcing team members.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in strategic sourcing, procurement or supplier management, ideally within technology, electronics manufacturing, or other complex manufacturing environments.
• Strong experience in supplier management, commercial negotiation and contract negotiation.
• Good understanding of global sourcing, supply chain management and international supplier networks.
• Strong capability in cost analysis, cost optimization and supplier performance management.
• Experience managing complex sourcing projects and working with cross-functional and international stakeholders.
• Good understanding of supplier risk management, quality and supply continuity.
• Exposure to sustainability or responsible sourcing practices is preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Previous team leadership or people management experience is preferred.
