Finance Manager (Confidential)

The Manager of plant finance provides financial decision support for the assigned manufacturing plants and is a key business partner to Plant Management.

Main responsibilities
⚫ Provide financial guidance and oversight for the plant. Recommend strategies to enhance site performance.
⚫ Lead monthly and annual forecasting and budgeting processes.
⚫ Ensure plant financial forecasts and budgets align with corporate objectives.
⚫ Establish standard costing rates and collaborate with Operations to update material costs, BOM, and routings for cost roll.
⚫ Review, budget, and forecast productivity improvement projects.
⚫ Perform month-end close activities to ensure plant-related financial statements are accurate and comply with GAAP.

Requirements
⚫ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment and cost accounting functions.
⚫ Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
⚫ Proven expertise in cost accounting within a manufacturing setting.
⚫ SAP experiences
⚫ Skilled in financial modeling and analysis.
⚫ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
